Next 5* to r4

This is a really tough choice for me. Was going to r4 my unduped 5* medusa. Then I pulled a 5* blade. Which one should I r4 first? in terms of content cleared I have done one run of all of act 5 and done act 5.1 100% but nothing else. I have an unduped gp and cg at r4 already and I have a 6* yondu.

    Blade r4 unduped will help clear more content throughout act 5. And a rank 3 medusa unduped can solo that 5.4.6 ultron easily.

    Blade is awesome duped his regen can you pull you through almost anything he just keeps on going and going and going and going. However unduped he needs synergy's to get his bonus damage on villains and all mystics. he comes up short IMO compared to medusa.
