Cyber Monday deal not being received

My got the Odin cyber Monday deal and transaction was cancelled for no reason. I cant buy it it says error already owns this item and I contacted Google and they said they cant help me. I haven't received anything or any help. But this is only for cyber Monday so I might not even get the deals I saved for.
