Should I rank Rank 4*5 Guillotine or 5*3 Loki?

It seems 5 star champion is better in long run but my guillotine is awakened.

Tough choice when 4 star Mystic catalysts are hard to come by.

    The only other 4star mystics I can upgrade are Scarlet Witch or The Hood

    Guillotine is on the amazing tier. Good bleed, good regen and good reverse healing

    Rank up scarlet witch or wait for a better mystic 5 star. I got a rank 2 duped 5 star Loki and that's where hes staying.
