I've been reading all the most recent bug related threads and don't see this issue addressed yet specifically so thought I'd throw it in. When the AI goes into what I like to call "hyper-spastic" mode, the opponent, no matter who it is and trust me, I've fought them all grinding in arenas, they'll just plow right through your intercept and roll you. I'm not the best player by any means but I can intercept like a ninja.
