Colossus bleeds?

I don't know if this was intended or not but I was using my 4* star Ultron fighting in the first act chapter 1 quest 3 to clear off the act and get some units. And I came upon colossus who to my surprise he was bleeding which was wierd I couldn't see if he was affected by bleeding because it happened so fast.
