The PI of my champs suddenly went down after I ranked up my 4* wolverine, he went from 2011 to 1975.
No changes in mastery, no boosts on, nothing.

    This has been mentioned before and kabam has stated that it is intended because ranking up increases his regen rate to balance the loss of health and attack when ranking up.

    when he procs that double regen tho with max special bar that health regain is crazy
