Red Hulk any good?

I just opened up a 5-star Red Hulk last night, and I'm wondering if he's worth putting any resources into?

    He tears thru almost everyone.. U get 10 charges and just spam sp1... My 4/55 usually does around 20k sp1s with 10 charges

    He is easily R3/R4 worthy. He doesn't need dupe to be awesome. With dupe he starts with 2 heat charges.
    He is a mystic/energy based champs slayer(Magneto for example). Build his heat charges to 10 and spam L1... he will do godly damage. He can regen 5% health on his SP2 losing 2 heat charges. His physical resistance increases based on heat charges, immune to poison as well. All in all awesome and worthy ranking up. Just watch some videos and learn his style.
