Which mystic Champion should i rank up?

My options are taking my 4* Magik, Symbiote Supreme, Mephisto, Dormammu, or SW to r5 Or should I r3 then r4 my 5* hood, mordo or Juggernaut. Keep in mind that Symbiote Supreme, SW hoond and mordo are the only ones listed who aren’t duped at the moment but I do have a generic 4* awakening gem and some mystic stones.

    Take switch to rank 5, give her the gem, and pump any stones you have into her.
