    Only if the catalysts are about to expire. You may never dupe him and unduped he ain't that exciting.

    I got him in 4 and 5 both unduped. Both are at r1. Not good enough unduped

    you gonna regret every 4* star you take up to rank 5 when you start to get 5* champs...
    but of course if you only have 4 stars and stuck somewhere looking for a breakthrough in game,yeah I think you can rank five 4 stars but I'm still not at all sure about carnage

    His dupe grants him a pretty impressive power gain that's it, if you don't care about getting to your sp attacks quicker rank him up if you like him.
