R5 Spark or Blade 5 stars?

I can upgrade either Spark or Blade 5 star to R5. Only one of them can go. Both are unduped. Currently I have Blade GR and Spark all unduped at R4. Only 3 R4s. Please advise.

My r3 roster is
LC duped
Km unduped
Voodoo duped
Emma Frost unduped
AA unduped
Yondu unduped
Modok unduped
Angela unduped

    Unduped Spark to R5
    I have both blade and sparky awakened at 4/55. I’m taking sparky rank 5. He needs the Hp boost more than blade.
