I need a more active alliance

Honestly i rode coat tails of my alliance this war because i was brand new .. I have got to level 30 now and have a few weak 3 stars and 2 absolute garbage 4 star so i cant contribute much but i want to join an alliance that will help me get better champions any suggestions
