Parry relocation and dependency

Hi
Parry is moving where it switches places with limber, but what does that mean to dependency to dexterity. Does dexterity now depends on parry, so you have to have a point in parry before putting in a point in parry? Hope not. It would be a big mistake.
Sometimes you need a mastery setup where you don't have parry so you dont give out debuffs and sometimes you don't need dexterity so you don't generate buffs. Those two masteries should be connected to each other.
What does the new utility tree look like?

Dude really, WTF are are you talking about, everyone and i mean EVERYONE needs parry. So i don't see the problem.
With the change it gives us less flexibilty to use masteries to avoid these things.
You're not wrong. Leaving the masteries the way they were would help some to avoid these situations.
Some would argue that parry stuns actually help with Masochism. If you can force the enemy to consume the stun and put Masochism into cooldown, you're now free to put a better debuff on the enemy without fear of it being removed; debuffs like bleed, poison, petrify, etc. I'd say the vast majority of players don't remove parry when fighting masochism nodes. If nothing else, you still benefit from the damage reduction. In fact, I used the same concept to fight the Ultron bosses listed above. There are situations where it's beneficial to place a debuff on him to get him to trigger a fury/regen/powergain/armor. Parry makes it easy.
Conversely, over the years I've found myself wishing that I could free up that one pesky point in limber. Limber very much strikes me as an all or nothing type of mastery. Having a single point in it is barely noticeable when you're playing. Making this change will free up a point that would normally be wasted on limber.
