Error in Alliance Quest

I am unable to join a new Alliance Quest that I just started. When I go to join it, it shows 300% explored and then when I click on Continue, it says the Quest has expired. But I just started the Quest and the opening page says the quest will expire in 23 or so hours.

    Looks like it has set itself right after closing and reopening the app on my iPhone
