I have completed the whole round 100% but for some reason it didnt register this last step.....

    The first run through I believe there was a teleport node where the 2* chest is in your pic.

    Yes there was a second teleport node there. You probably took that without realizing; you'll probably have to just do that path again and you'll be golden.
