Five star duped hood worth R-4

1. I have 15 five star champs but none are above R-3.
2. I have five T-2 alphas waiting.
3. I have only 2 T-4 tech CC, so spidey is out of question for rank 4 at the moment.

So is hood worth being my first R-4?

I really like messing around with hood. He's quite effective against medusas, and the power drain really helps.
