We are a pretty chill alliance but we still like good rewards. We landed Platinum 3 without drama/stress. Our wars are mostly Tier 3 with a few in Tier 4 so ideally you'd have two x R5 to be able to clear paths in AW without using too many items.
Boosting/healing before fights is the type of people who we are after as that means wars don't get too stressful.
AQ we do map 5x5 with no allocated paths as we're capable of clearing whatever path is free. One BG may do a few days of map 6 to get us into top 250 in AQ when war attack isn't on (you do not have to volunteer for that if you're not keen).
