Conqueror title? (from completing act 4) Got the perks, but not the title!

I finished act 4 recently, and I do get the conqueror crystals, but I still don't have title I should get from completing act 4. Is there still a delay, or is something wrong since I've got the advantages of the title, but not the title itself?

Please, can someone give insight? Or should I contact support?
