You can use this alliance to build yourself up and move on to a more competitive one, or you can stay and enjoy the relaxed environment. You need only log in once a week, but if you tell me why you're offline (can be any reason) you have a month or 30 days. Members are promoted based on seniority and activity, so there's no favoritism.
