Content credibility - customers deserve better

Start a new division solely dedicated to content credibility. There is nothing more disheartening as a customer, then to pay for a product that constantly fails to provide its advertised function.
If a champ is released after months of design and coding has gone into them, can we not have someone testing out every aspect of them before they are released to ensure they interact with different nodes and against all the champs. Is this really that daunting of a task?
Same goes for items, potions and boosts in the game.
Also, if an update is introduced and adverse effects may occur existing content, there should be regular content integrity checks.
This is a very profitable company and I hold you to a high standard. Spend a few more bucks so the forums don’t have to act as your testing grounds!
