"December 4th - December 11th @ 10 am PST: Mastery Respec costs will be free! "?
What does it mean?
Does it mean that ranking up masteries if you have them unlocked will be free?
But if you want to unlock mastery you would have to pay the normal cost of unlocking that mastery?
Resetting masteries will be free (it always is?)?

    If u dont hav unluck Them berfor hand it wuld stil cost the core and that.

    The cost of reallocating them will be free. You still need to Unlock them.
