Iceman not in Crystals yet?

Usually the new champ is added by 1PM Eastern 10AM Pacific. Here it is half an hour later and I don't see a banner on the home screen telling us Iceman has been added. Has his addition been delayed to sync with the featured delays?

    Kabam messed up the whole schedule and now we won't k now because I'm pretty sure they won't make a statement about it

    Just opened loads of crystals didn't see a single iceman even though it shows he's in there

    There is no specific time to add a champ in the PHC

    I think he will be added next week. His original arena ran two weeks after Psylocke and she was added last week cause I pulled her from a 3* crystal.
