Due to issues related to the release of Mastery Loadouts, the "free swap" period will be extended.

    I guess RDT are given whenever there are major changes in the game, changes that affects a lot of champions.
    Still, I am not sure on what basis they give RDT but I need some tickets. Because I was about to quit the game and ranked up some random champs, now I am paying the game regularly I want RTD to use resources with where I should have used them.
    I know its not their fault, but this is one of the cases.
