If I want to start building my roster to go for the 4th* featured every time, what is the proper strategy? Working on all 5* to r3 first? Or working on 4* to a certain rank? Just want to start leveling up everyone the right way. I currently only have 18 5* champs if that helps any. Obviously the end goal is to get to the point where I can grind for a 5* champ. Thanks in advance.
