I just made my unduped 5* morning star rank 3.is that a good decision?

I just made my 5* unduped morning star rank 3 and she is my 1st rank 3 5*..i only have one rank 5 4* that is star lord... Is making morning star unduped is a good decision or not or could i use her in war and is she useful in act 5? pls tell me
