I have a 6*, r5 4*, and a r4 3* CAIW, and just checked them all out of curiousity.

The 6* says 100%
The 4* says 100%
The 3* says 100%

So, dunno.

I checked my 3* and 4* and both say the same thing its in the text box under Kinetic Charge Passive
