Refund for cost of DE lvl 3?

DE has been broken for months. The first two levels of DE work as intended, but if you add the third point it drops the PI of your champs by a lot, over 1,000 points for my top champs. I have been running only two points in DE since I discovered this, figuring it was an update glitch that would get resolved. But the problem persists after several updates, including 21.1.

So, will Kabam refund the cost of unlocking the third level of DE, since it is now useless for its main function, which it to increase PI for arena play? Mods - do you have any info on this issue?

    Good luck with your cause. It’s only been.... about 1 3/4 years since Pure Skill was “broken” and still haven’t heard about that.
