    But I've been following this thread out of curiosity. I must say I understand your frustration. The way the problem was handled is a bit disheartening. I get that technical issues like this problem can occur, and you can never truly get rid of the risk of that happening. However, how you choose to deal with the issue as a company says a lot. I think this could have been handled better. I would have liked to see some of the complaints be addressed, and at least explain why they choose to give only the compensation they did and not more.
