Blocking and timing issues

I have continually had issues with blocks and sometimes I will strike two or three times but the game pretends not to notice and it lets me get hit mid combo. I sent several reports with no real positive feed back. It really sucks when it happens and has cost me several untis to pull my weight in alliance quests and wars. I recently messaged about it with no response what so ever. How is it fair if the game is cheating us. I love marvel and playing this game. Have great guys in my alliance. This being the case if it continues I will have to quit playing due to frustration and the amount of money I have spent recently due to blocking. Is there anything being done?
