The Champion abilities

In the champion description, the sig ability seems a bit misleading : “In addition to regenerating Health, The Champion is immune to Fate Seal, Heal Block, Petrify, and any effects that modify Regeneration other than Poison.”
This description seems to explain that the champion is immune to any effect altering regeneration. While fighting it in heavyhitter challenge, Ghost Rider fate steal didn’t prevent the fury and unstoppable buff.
Is the champion immune to fate steal for all his buff, or only immune to fate steal for regeneration ?

    He is immune to the effect of the fate seal. It wont work on him, so it won't prevent any buffs

    It literally says it right there where you typed it out from his abilities. Why is this a question?
