Shows purchase no longer available, is it happening or happened to anyone else too?? Please help

I'm sorry you're having issues with this. If you had made purchases prior on a different device, please try reusing that device -- if not, or it doesn't work, please reach out to our support team. You can do this by selecting the gear icon in the upper left corner of the main screen within the game. From there, scroll to select 'Support'.
