Help me out, deciding who is more worthy of a rank up! I currently don't have any Cosmic maxed out 4 stars.
Please explain why you choose what you'd choose. What are the cons and pros of each alternative?

    Thx guys. I was thinking the same. Good to get some input, so I don't feel I make the wrong decision.I have now ranked up Hyperion! Hoping he will prove even more useful at rank 5.
