AQ rewards and clarifications

Hi,
Please pardon me if the question has been asked before.

I want to clarify how exactly we get the AQ awards.
Like if I will have Map4 in Bg1 and map1 in Bg2 and then i am joining in Bg2 .
So will I get same rewards like Bg1 memebrs or ill get awards just for bg1 alone.
And does each bg1 member get same awards or it depends upon performance.

    You get rewards from all bg’s. So in following from your example: rewards from map 4 as well as map 1. Each member gets the same rewards.
