Event Quest Completion - Quests best to achieve rewards........?

Hi All!
Ok - so I try and do the "Event Quest Completion" quest - and reach at least the 4th rewards level (22,100 points) in order to get the Units bonus. With that said, however, over the course of the time for the quest, it always seems like I have to spend Units for energy refills in order to reach that level.
So my question to the community is: What quests do you do in order to reach that "4th Reward" tier that provide the most points, given the amount of energy needed to get there?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
