Constantly getting the same old 4star champs

So im a level 60 summoner who beat ROL, RLOL, and working on uncollected n LOL n i cant cause for some reason everything i get four star crystals or five star im getting champs dat i been have dub or maxer out dub or champ from like the first year of marvel the four star pool has grown the game has changed n i keep getying useless champions n that i already have im about to quit because im not going to keep playing hard n buying things when you kabam n whoever is mistreating my account i want my money back i had spend a gud amount of more in these four yrs of playing n it make me angry when i see video on youtube n how people spin one crystal n is like they r Guaranteed an new n exciting 4star n they also b in a lower level than me like 30 or 40 so y im not getting the right champs also but ive open like 40 fourstar crystal n the only kind of gud champ i got was killomoger like let be serious kabam n how yall do **** like all i been getting is five star shards n then i also get bum ass five star champs im a way better player than that n excuse my cursing n aggression but its been enough i need change or imma really call apple for a refund i dont care if it lead to me never ever playing this game is fun n all but u **** kabam company r ridiculous like i just wasted $20 bucks on the a crystal bundle n you guys give me a SW outta all the **** champs lnowing my SW is already dub n sig89
