Change anniversary week to anniversary month

There must be so many people that are gonna fall short 2-3 weeks every year, I'm uncollected yet still only a shield agent, feelsbadman. I don't care about the rewards, I just want a title reflecting the time put into this game.

How would a anniversary month change what title you get? I started a week after launch and i still got howling commando. Ancient One is for those who started Day 1.
