Ægon 15 second Heavy timer lasting 20 seconds (pics & vid)

So when i was using Ægon i threw his heavy and got the combo shield, but when it switched over to the timer it seemed that each second was ticking pretty slow. In the bideo you can see that the 15 second countdown lasts 20 seconds.

not sure if there’s anything about this yet, but I couldn’t find it in search.
