Darkhawk's Regen

I opened Darkhawk as a 5* today and have been testing him out. He has not regenerated a single time when switching modes as stated in his abilities. Upon activation of L2, he switches to stealth mode but no regen. If he gets knocked down by a heavy attack he switches to shield mode, but no regen, etc. I have not found a scenario where he has regened yet.

    No. He does not need to be duped. It is in his standard kit, but I figured out what the issue is. He activates regen when going from one mode to the next like from stealth mode to shield mode. It does not activate when going from null mode to one of the modes. I am not sure if this is how it is supposed to work though, so some clarification would be appreciated.

    I think it's on his abilities,, something like: "If he switches modes any other way, recovers 10% HP"
