Corvus not able to complete 2 missions at once

I fought both OG Vision and OG Iron Man in the gold quest and gained only 1 persistent cruelty from IM (my 1st fight) and no additional no additional cruelty from the Vision fight afterwards. He should get 2 cruelty charges for defeating IM since he's both tech and an avenger. Then with Vision I can only guess that whatever didn't register with IM also didn't register with Vision. I believe I've seen this in AW as well when defeating stark spidey.
