Next 5*r4

I posted this in the strategy forum with no response. Want to see what do you guys think?
I have two 5*R4: Luke Cage and Hawkeye.
I have enough Cosmic t4c's to rank my r3 Captain Marvel or should I rank up my r2 Medusa with those resources and wait for the r4?
Same question with Cable who is r3 or should I use the resources for Rogue who is r2 and wait for the r4?

I am uncollected but need to start working on harder content.

    Medusa will get you farther in the game than luke cage or hawkeye but neither of them are bad by any stretch. If you need to take one of them up I would go with luke cage if he's duped hawkeye if he's not

    I'm having a similar dilemma with an R3 DV and R3 Hype.

    When I didn't have a choice, I put CM at R4 and have never been disappointed, but Medusa's damage output and poison immunity seems like something that would've changed my mind if I had the choice between her at R3 and CM at R4.
