Mod being used by many players

I left the game recently though it was my favourite becz its not fair anymore. Many players are using mod completing ROL, defeating final bosses in map4 with their 3 star all nodes on. I mean how can that be without mod. I even have proof for an account but don't want to mention it now. He himself accepted that he uses mod but is still able to access his account. Don't how are people being sorted out for mod.
