I know the isolated answer in a bubble is YES, rank him all the way to 5/50....
-BUT-
I am a 6100 prestige player with a base character rating of over 625k. I typically use 4/55 and 6* champs on attack and already have 22 maxed out 4* characters, and 38 champs with a PI over 5k.
More than anything, this is a question of whether ranking him up is worth it. I honestly don't know when (or if) I would ever use him. Does he add any value to a player at my level?

If you don't do arena, and you have the resources, go for it. He may be use in a helpful synergy, one day.
