who’s worth ranking up for my level?

i have completed act 4 and i am trying to attempt 100% master (struggling on chapter 3). my alliance is tier 12 and runs map 3.

these are my 4 and 5* champs. i have 3 4/40 and i got lucky last week and pulled starky and hype so im working to get them to 4/40. today i got lucky again and pulled wasp and imiw. would it be helpful to bring them to at least 3/30 or should i r2 my 5* storm, or 4/40 another champ?
