Killmonger - Each time a debuff is applied, Killmonger gains 15% of his missing power
Stark Spidey - Apply taunt debuff at the expense of 1 poise charge
*Killmonger has an active taunt debuff*
Stark Spidey - Dashing back and idling for 1 second allows stark spidey to REFRESH taunt debuff
What's happening in game is that each time starky 'refreshes' the taunt (and not re-applies) Killmonger gains 15% power. This is definitely a bug or wrong wording in stark spidey's abilities. Kabam please issue fix for this
