Looking for a merge before a purge

We are currently running 2BG WAR 3 times a week. Also map 3/2/2. The alliance has nearly a full house but are looking to replace 10 people with an active BG group that can compete in Tier 13 WAR and above. Also important that you allocate time to finish your path and not bail out half way through.
