It stopped on Heimdall and then it changed to cable . Thats **** all this money i spend and for you guys to give me cable for the 2nd time . Please respond asap

You had a 100% chance to get Cable and a 0% chance to get Heimdall once you tapped it to stop.

@Hamin is correct. You are complaining that the meaningless animation you were watching made you think the already determined outcome was different lol
