Have a 5*R5 Corvus which had all 4 Gleve Charges aktiv + 30% boost on.
Sometimes he hits with 9k on the medium and next round only with 3k
I took the right path over of vision, omega and then medusa. There is no node which is responsible for such a behaviour. Also true strike is not always aktiv

And on the final Boss Ultron the fight was as I do not have any charge at all.
What were the nodes?
Who were you fighting?
Were glaive charges active?
Was there a damage cap in place?
Do you mean "true damage" when you say "true strike"?
In looking at the map in question, I can't say that it's entirely accurate to say "There is no node responsible for such behavior".
To start, there is a Fisticuffs global node that prevents any buffs or debuffs from being activated in the first 10 seconds of the fight. This may be interacting with your True Damage or Cruelty buffs.
Secondly, Pilfer: Regeneration is active in some of those fights. With this active, buffs have a chance to be stolen, which could also interact with True Damage or Cruelty, both of which would affect your damage output.
If I had to guess, I'd say the nodes are the sources of your issues, but without photos or testing, it's just a guess.
I think fist fight is bugged, if heimdall saves you from death everything works.
I went in to the fight with true strike and the mutant glefe from Domino
Is this interacting with Corvus? I am not a corvus user and not totally familiar with him
But it does not. It seems that Corvus looses hi glefe charges too
If anything is supposed to trigger during that time, it just doesn't trigger. It doesn't wait for the time to be up, then trigger.
And from the description at least in german, it Sounds that you gain all your buffs and debuffs after 10 seconds
