Which top 4* science champion worth rank 5

Well I got some bunch of some good science champions which are worthy to rank 5 like quake, void, luke cage, hulk ragnarok,hulk all are unduped unfortunately and I can only take one champions for r5 so who should be that sci champ?

    Quake and Luke are good unduped. The others need to be duped to be great.
    So, pick the one you like playing the most and enjoy.
