Rogue Sp1 bugged?!

in Bugs and Known Issues
On description of Rogue Sp1 ability she can steal buff and health and keep buff all the time just she have to touch her opponents.
Thats working when u hit opponents but if opponents hits you.. Why she cannot keep buff that time? Isn't that a bug?

    She isn't touching them. They are touching her.

    The logic is one touching them Sam like they touching her..

    She really needs to touch them, with her hands. An opponent touching them will not get in contact with her hands
