Linked nodes in aw

A question regarding points in aw:

If you take on a linked node in AW, does that give extra points to the opponent? We’re having a discussion in the alliance regarding this matter and I can’t find anything about this. Can anyone clarify this to me?


And yes, I’m in a lower tier alliance, so taking on linked nodes is easy.

    nope, each node is worth a set amount of points plus 3 bonus levels, if you solo it you get all bonus, but lose 80 points from bonus if you die, 3 deaths and you get 0 bonus
