why kabam just can't let me change my email address?

I am a big fan of marvel contest of champions, I been playing this game for 3 and a half year. yesterday I was trying to change my email address because of my old email got hacked. But kabam team support constantly asks me about the first and second-time purchase history. I offer them some my purchase history with the images, but they insist want to see my first time purchase. I remember my first purchase was done on my mum's iPad and she doesn't use apple anymore. what can I do?anyone can help me out?
